Cutie Mark reference, belonging to Efflaurage. I decided it’s about time I finally designed this thing. It’s supposed to resemble a lotus in a sunset, but that may not have come across the way I wanted it to.
Each color in her cutie mark corresponds to a different chakra. Pink isn’t really a chakra color, but we can still use it for its intended purpose—calming, soothing and nurturing. Effie’s line of work (massage) deals more with the soothing and nurturing rather than downright fixing things. She’s an avid believer of the body’s natural intrinsic intelligence, so she doesn’t do much to “right” the structure of the body and does her best to help guide it to healing. The sunset colors, red, orange and yellow represent Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras, respectively. Root chakra deals with courage and self confidence. Sacral chakra deals with happiness, confidence and creativity. Solar Plexus chakra deals with wisdom, clarity and optimism.
The blue of Effie’s coat, according to the chakras, is the Throat chakra and deals with health and knowledge, but they fade into a deep violet/indigo which is the Crown and Third Eye chakras, governing beauty, creativity, inspiration, intuition and understanding.
The only color she really lacks is green, the Heart chakra, which governs love and self control.
I still really like these
